Radisson Video Presentation Boxes
Radisson Meetings sought an innovative and engaging way to present their brand's capabilities to clients, leading to the development of a custom video box sales presenter. To meet this need, we designed a unique box that featured a hinged shelf and a 7" HD screen, tailored specifically to fit the Rocket Book within an A5 landscape format. Measuring L240mm x W190mm x D40mm, the box was compact yet highly functional, making it easy to handle while still conveying a sense of quality and professionalism.
This design perfectly aligned with Radisson’s commitment to providing personal, professional, and memorable experiences.
Smart Design with Integrated Features
The design of the video box was both strategic and thoughtful, incorporating a hinged shelf that added an element of surprise and practicality. The Rocket Book was neatly stored beneath this shelf, ensuring that the presentation remained organised and clutter-free. On top of the shelf, we displayed important information prominently, accompanied by a QR code for easy scanning. This allowed recipients to quickly access additional digital content, further enhancing the interactive experience.
The box was printed in full colour with a matte lamination, giving it a premium, high-end feel that resonated with the upscale image of the Radisson brand.
Effective Client Tool Management
We produced 1,200 units of this custom video box, each carefully crafted to engage and impress Radisson’s clients. In addition to the video box, we also included 1,000 Rocket Books, each printed in two colors, adding a practical and memorable element to the overall presentation. The video box featured a straightforward play/pause button, making it easy for recipients to navigate the video content without any hassle.
This combination of cutting-edge technology, thoughtful design, and practical functionality resulted in a powerful tool that left a lasting impression on Radisson’s clients, effectively showcasing the brand's dedication to excellence in hosting top-tier meetings and events.
