The Client

RReady, based in Germany, is a dedicated company to empowering employees and clients with the fundamental skills required for innovation leadership. This forward-thinking highlights a worldwide influence, maintaining a presence in multiple countries, and has effectively worked with an outstanding 40 clients in 15 different countires.

To achieve this goal, RReady places a strong emphasis on creating an inspiring workspace where employees are not only motivated but also have the correct tools and guidance to enahnce their creativity. This approach recognises the rapidly evolving and highly competitive business world, where long-term success depends on being able to think of new ideas.

The Challenge

RReady reached out to Magellan for a specific purpose: to provide a wide range of promotional merchandise in an array of colours. This included not only the standard promotional items but also bespoke products designed to fit perfectly within luxurious video boxes, which were also available in a range of colours. This effort was key to making their 'KickBox' program a success.

The 'KickBox' program is all about bringing a fun, game-like approach to managing employees, using methods that are tried and true. These weren't just any packages though; they were designed to capture and showcase the entrepreneurial spirit, which is really at the heart of what 'KickBox' is all about.

The KickBook Tool Boxes

The Kickbox toolbox comes in red, yellow, and blue and are packed in luxurious video boxes; which makes explaining your project more engaging and clear. RReady includes this in their toolboxes and innovation programs. Available in both German and English, the video boxes house items like a guidebook, templates, gadget cards, and stickers for entrepreneurs where everything is branded with RReady's logo and their mascot, Boxley, for a consistent look.

The toolbox has a unique shelf that lifts up to reveal a personal message from RReady. It also includes a video that plays automatically, with buttons for play/pause and volume control, plus a ribbon to lift it. There are additional buttons linked to parts of the video, all meant to spark innovative ideas.

Promotional Merchandise Products

To complement their Kickbox collection, RReady included promotional items at the bottom of the box, secured with foam borders. These items included marker pens, pencils, socks, and paper clips. Acknowledging the main benefits of promotional merchandise, such as increasing brand recognition and fostering enduring connections, RReady wanted to expand their offerings for employees and events.

This is where Magellan stepped in to help. We crafted an diverse range of products including notepads, metal-screw-lid water bottles, mugs, sweaters, coasters, large Boxley teddy bears, and various stationary items.

The End Result

The promotional items received high levels of satisfaction and positive feedback from participants in the 'KickBox' program, leading to increased engagement and serving as a source of inspiration for fresh ideas.
