1. What screen sizes do you supply? 

-  The available screen sizes range from the largest, which is a 10.1-inch HD screen, followed by a 7-inch screen, a 5-inch screen, and progressively smaller options including 4.3-inch, 4-inch, and the smallest 2.3-inch screen, specifically designed for our video business cards.

2. What order do the videos play in?

-  The videos are arranged and played in alphanumeric order, such as 01, 02, 03, or using letters like A, B, C. To ensure the correct playback order, it's important to name the files with sequential identifiers like 01 or A when loading them onto the card. The order in which you name the files is the order in which the videos will be played.

3. Whats the average battery life of your products?

 -  You can specify a battery life of up to 12 hours, while the standard battery life is set at 2 hours. These batteries are fully rechargeable through the mini USB port provided by Video in a Box.

4. What print options are available? 

 -  As a standard offering, our cards come with 4-colour printing and a choice of gloss or matte lamination. Additionally, we provide options for customization, including Spot Colors, Spot UV, Foil Blocking, Embossing, and various other finishes. Moreover, we can supply cards made from alternative materials upon request.

5. What if the Video in a Box gets damaged during delivery or if it does not work?

 -  It's very rare for our video screens to malfunction because our screen manufacturers thoroughly check them for quality before shipping. We also package our products carefully with multiple layers of protection, including an outer box, two inner boxes, 10ml of foam, and an extra-strong double-walled carton around the box or brochure to protect the edges.
